TRIP COSTS - PER PARTICIPANT IN A DOUBLE ROOM

​

Prices per participant (Land ONLY)

For 100-109 Participants 6480 USD per person  

For 110-119 Participants 6280 USD per person  

For 120-129 Participants 6140 USD per person 

Single Supplement – an extra $2260 (automatically applied to any participant rooming alone)

*Should the number of full paying participants drop below 100, LET Travel will adjust the cost of the trip to reflect the extra expenses of operating the program

*Child reduction of $1100 applicable for one child age 2-12 sharing a room as a 3rd occupant only.

Early Bird Discount until March 01 2024- $150 per participant (Land ONLY)

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

*A 500USD deposit per person will need to be paid upon registration (The deposit is nonrefundable but stays as credit for future use for unlimited time).

*Second Payment of 1000USD  due June 1st, 2024

*The balance will be due October 1, 2024.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

90 – 0 days before departure - 1500 USD of the deposit plus any penalties requested by suppliers

 

INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS

We do not offer flights but are happy to connect you with a travel agent.  Regardless, flight information with direct confirmation from the airline will need to be sent.
 

HOTEL UPGRADES AND EXTRAS

Once registered, you are more than welcome to contact us for any VIP services, transfers, and hotel room upgrades.

Program Details

Services Included:

  • 10 Nights of 5-star hotel accommodations based on double occupancy 

  • Breakfast at the hotels daily 

  • Meals as per itinerary 

  • Professionally licensed tour guide per bus for the duration of the itinerary 

  • Group hostess for the duration of the trip 

  • 3 * Deluxe motor coach with air conditioning daily (or 4 depending on the amount of people) 

  • Mineral water and snacks included 

  • Entrance fees and activity costs according to itinerary 

  • Transfer on arrival to hotel, and 1* group transfer to Airport for departure.  

  • Gratuities for guide/driver/hostess

  • Porterage at hotels

Services Not Included:

  • International flights (connection to agent on request)

  • Personal extras, hotel incidentals, room service, and spa treatments

  • Meals specified as "on your own"

  • Last minute amendments/cancellations to the program (90-0 days before arrival in Israel)

  • Transportation in the evenings when dinner is on your own/there is no programming/there is optional programming

  • Value Added Tax is not included in our proposal and is currently not applicable to tourists visiting Israel. Should the law change, you will be notified accordingly and V.A.T. will be added to your final invoice.
